Reny went to a different planet. But Saronia has become a member of the universal Empire. The queen opened up saronia,s gates as it were to intergalactic commerce. So technically the emperor could send troops there for situations like this without permission from the Queen. The Queen wouldn’t be too happy about it but such is the price of aligning with the rest of the universe
