I’ve not done any research on the subject, but it seems to me that repeated raiding can make a fortress too expensive to maintain. It works a lot better if you can net gain money on the raids, though…
Trina is pretty free with the info about her being a bot. I believe she genuinely feels what she feels, but do other humans regard her as a living being, or as a sex-toy? (Specifically, Tirin and Co.) Just curious, Renie referred to her as “his girlfriend”. Are AIs considered people in this universe?
